Damages and Shortages

Please advise us within 3 days of receipt if there is a shortage of tiles or if any tiles are damaged. 

No claim may be made after the tiles have been fixed. Regardless of whether the tiles are the wrong ones and or damaged. So please check carefully before fixing.

We strongly recommend that customers DO NOT book tradesmen until all the materials for the job have been received and fully checked, with all packaging removed.
